Other Personal Stories

Finding personal stories from other families dealing with Alzheimer's is as simple as doing a web search, right? Yes and no. There are hundreds of links to pages with stories of families and couples sharing their travels through the land of forgetfulness and loss, but the majority of those links go to large newspaper sites, or organizational sites.

There's nothing wrong with those - they're either interviews, videos, TV shows or stories submitted but I'm looking for those blogs and articles written by people like me - just an ordinary person watching a person I loved losing everything she knew, and doing my best to be with her throughout it all. So it took a while to wade through some of the listings and look for those tales and although there were some, there just weren't very many.
