I've been considering this for a some years now. It's not an easy story, but then most things in life can be difficult. This is just more difficult than most.
The story of an alzheimer journey - a trip no one wants to take; a path that no one expects to take, least of all the sufferer and their family. You see, this is a disease that involves not only the individual, but everyone around them, from family to friends, to strangers.
Walk with me through our journey. Perhaps you'll find strength, or hope, or (surprisingly) a chuckle; maybe some tears, but most of all my wish is that you find a common bond with others - and my sincere desire is that no one facing this journey should feel alone.
